We are seeking a visionary Sr. Customer Acquisition Growth Manager to join our Growth Team to take our acquisition efforts to the next level. As a hyper-growth D2C company, customer acquisition is essential to our continuous growth, and constantly maximizing our efforts across the acquisition funnel through a variety of paid channels, testing and experimentation are key to our success.

At Nøie, we have until now successfully scaled our business across Denmark and EU through an immense focus on performance marketing (especially Paid Social). As our ambitions are big, we are looking for the right candidate to play a key role in executing the Customer Acquisition strategy that allows us to scale even further.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for crafting our global Customer Acquisition strategy, setting the intake budgets & forecasts and will set new standards for how we exploit the full potential of our existing channel mix, optimize the internal growth processes across teams and not the least exploit new growth channels fueling customer acquisition. In other words, you’ll continuously test into new channels to diversify our acquisition mix, while in collaboration with our channel specialists and agency collaborations squeezing every inch out of our existing performance marketing mix.

Overall, you are responsible for the full-acquisition-funnel performance with the sole objective to ensure we generate awareness, drive traffic to the website, and convert into sales to new customers. The role is thus responsible for defining paid channel strategies and must ensure the holistic execution of campaigns via the channel specialists.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Define and execute the holistic customer acquisition strategy across all paid channels
  • Efficiently drive new customer acquisition via paid campaigns through the existing and new acquisition channel mix
  • Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across a variety of partners and channels (Paid Social, Search, Video, Programmatic)
  • Identify, explore and prioritize new acquisition marketing and growth opportunities (i.e. TikTok, Snapchat, SEO, Affiliate, Native)
  • Set acquisition targets and budgets and keep daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reporting up to speed on active campaigns, ensuring we reach our commercial goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new channels, creatives and campaigns
  • Ideate and execute growth experiments across all channels to continually improve campaign performance
  • Partner with data science colleagues, engineers and analysts to deeply understand paid user engagement
  • You will be responsible for defining and achieving relevant KPI and ROI targets

Who You Are:

  • +5 years of experience in Growth/Digital Marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully developed and executed global customer acquisition strategy from the ground up
  • Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns across Paid Social and the Google Platform)
  • Extensive experience in identifying, validating, testing and scaling New Performance Channels
  • Proven track record of building and driving a growth team forward through disciplined execution, clear processes and documentation
  • Proven track record of establishing processes to ensure efficient scale
  • Experience in working with D2C company is a plus
  • Ability to seamlessly work with marketers, creative, product engineers and business intelligence

  • Accustomed to working in a highly complex environment with many demanding and expectant stakeholders.
  • Enjoys working with data, gathering insights and executing next steps accordingly
  • Bias for execution
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communicator and analytical thinker
