Key responsibilities


The IR Coordinator will be responsible for co-ordination and logistics related to Investor Events including, but not limited to, Roadshows, Conferences, Investor meetings, arranging hotel and travel itineraries.

Key tasks include:

• Creating analysis reports of meeting targets, assembling finalized presentations, distributing contact/firm database research to management and IR teams, coordinating any audio/visual details, coordinating webcast details

• Fielding incoming calls from analysts and investors to IR team, responding to meeting and information requests as appropriate

• Coordinating across executive calendars to meet investor outreach needs (including meetings, calls, conferences)

• Managing internal resource needs (conference rooms, internal meetings, technology support, etc.)

• The ability to create presentations in PowerPoint, including charts, tables, graphs, etc.

• Managing coordination of content updates to Investor Relations external website and reply to all e-mails from the company’s IR website or direct them to the appropriate department

• Preparing reports from various systems – Bloomberg, Q4 Insight, Market Analytics and Intelligence reports etc. and participate in the preparation of investor presentation and other material

• Organizing logistics for internal and external meetings and Capital markets Day/Other events

• Maintaining library, supplies and filing system.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, possibly from an investment bank, providing corporate-level support in a highly professional work environment.

You will have solid experience with event coordination and possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and work with professionals and executives both inside and outside of the company.

You have:

• Exceptional and professional phone etiquette, along with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work in highly ambiguous environment with independence, and capacity to manage ever-changing priorities

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload

• Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly

• Ability to manage administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed

• Great attention to detail and organization skills in a fast-paced environment

• Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet
