SENIOR CONSULTANT FOR THE SWEDISH MARKET
Experienced Consultant to cover Swedish market for a growing company
Location: You are based in Copenhagen; however, you are welcome to work out of Sweden 1-2 days per week

A&D Resources is the official Hogan Assessment Systems Distributor in Scandinavia and the Benelux countries. Hogan is a global market leader in personality test tools and we aim to be the partner-of-choice in the assessment and development business in our markets. We distribute Hogan Assessment products, train and support Hogan users, and deliver a range of consulting services such as Talent Management, Executive Coaching and Leadership Team Development.
Since our beginning, we have maintained a strong growth in our assessment and workshop business. At the same time, we experience a growing demand for our consulting services with clients, who appreciate our business psychological expertise and experience with assessments.
Our Danish market is very mature whereas our other Scandinavian markets are relatively new to us and have lots of potential. We are currently working on strengthening our position in these markets by offering more services in local languages. Part of the recipe of our success is about building close working relationships with our clients and get an in dept understanding of their needs. This is where you come into the picture…

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will become part of the consultant team, reporting to our Managing Director.
With a focus on the Swedish market your tasks will include:
- Work with key stakeholders at new and existing clients (including C-suite executives, HR and organizational development leaders and specialists) to discuss their needs and how we can best support them
- Generate offers based on the client’s needs
- Grow the Swedish market and provide support to Norway and Finland
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of our psychometric practice
- Delivering Hogan feedback to clients
- Facilitating Hogan certification workshops
- Supporting Hogan certified users
PROFILE
- Master’s degree for example in Psychology, HRM or related fields of expertise
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English is a must
- Business mindset with solid track record from senior consultancy role as well as experience within a corporate HR environment
- In depth understanding of leadership development and talent management
- Experience working with psychometric assessments and development
- Ability to think analytically, problem solve and provide pragmatic solutions
- Passionate about delivering high quality results
- A natural networker who enjoys engaging externally and is comfortable with sales and sales-related activities
- A genuine interest in people and helping others as well as a true team player
- A team player who can multitask and is willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
- Motivated to contribute to a great team spirit and to a company in growth
