Then we would love to hear from you as we are now looking for our new Banquet Manager.
ABOUT THE JOB
As Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operations of our Banquet department. You will develop and secure the department service concept in line with the d´Angleterre standards and the Leading Quality Assurance standards of the Leading Hotel of the World. You will be in charge of organizing the logistics internally for various meetings, events, and parties in close relation with our F&B Sales team and the rest of the hotel. After each event, you will evaluate, report, and give feedback to the F&B Director and your colleagues involved. Supported by the Banqueting Supervisors, you will lead a team of dedicated waiters. Through recruitment, onboarding & development of your team; you will ensure that our guests' needs are always in focus.
WE EXPECT
You have experience from a similar position from the hotel or events industry and have a strong sense of operations and management. You are responsible and driven, both when you work independently and with the rest of the team. It is important that you work in a structured and precise manner and that you always have the attention to details while keeping the overview of several events happening at the same time. You constantly focus on the needs of the guests and you are able to communicate efficiently and collaborate with all departments. You are the one who leads the way and motivates the rest of the team around you. In other words, we imagine that with your energetic drive and your passionate style, you create visible results that make a difference to our guest's experience. Just as we imagine you thrive with evening and weekend shifts as part of your work time as well as you are flexible with variable working hours.
