Opportunity

The Strategic Advisor to Global Head of Logistics & Services is responsible for managing the strategic and transformation agenda of Maersk Logistics & Services, drive related strategic initiatives, develop the Maersk Logistics & Services business roadmap, manages strategic messaging/communication and serves as the trusted advisor and strategic business partner of the Global Head of Logistics & Services

Key Responsibilities

Manage the strategic and transformation agenda of Maersk Logistics & Services business
Drive strategic initiatives related to the strategic and transformation agenda
Develop and articulate the Logistics & Services business roadmap
Manage strategic messaging and communication towards both internal and external stakeholders
Manage leadership meetings cadence
Serves as the trusted advisor and strategic business partner to the Global Head of Logistics & Services

Required Experience and Skills

~5 years full-time professional experience in strategy consulting or related strategy roles, with exposure in working with senior management levels
Digital/tech experience and/or ESG experience would be a plus
Strong business acumen; good with numbers and strong analytical rigour
Critical and strategic thinker: Strong structured thinking, focusing on strategy but also being able to “go deeper in the thinking” at the same time
Planning: detailed oriented, and organized to support cross-functional collaboration and related project management.
Excellent verbal and communication skills in English, especially in the areas of slide-making and memo writing
