Responsibilities
- Responsible to support the platform data visualization activities ( i.e. Product usage/operational reporting, webpage/application performance monitoring, adhoc data exploration and deep dives within the platform operating model at Maersk.
- Lead the end-to-end journey of process mining and analytics projects linked to the different products and initiatives within the platform deliverables.
- Support the platform with data requirements for the various platform product milestones and artefacts
- Work with Solution Architect to translate business requirements and use cases into technical and data requirements.
- Perform business analysis, data exploration and requirements mapping for new data sources to integrate in the analytical and process mining tools
- Manage certain level of ambiguity in problem definition and deliver projects independently.
- Works on large BI solutions and defining a products data visualization strategy (i.e. KPIs, Dashboards, reporting etc.)
- Work closely with product managers and product owners to scope and influence platform analytics requirement.
- Drives dashboard feature discussions with customers, engineers and other relevant business functions and stakeholders.
- Build analyses & enrich them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining to drive value with analytics solutions.
- Setup, implement and enforce governance models/structures for deployed analytical applications in Production
- Leverage Business Value Architect best practices and tools/frameworks/methodologies to drive adoption and value for end users.
- Engage the right stakeholders and set up a Governance Model to create long-term success with the end users
- Be able to respond fast to new business requirements by delivering proof-of-concept solutions
- Track user adoption, add new users, create user groups, add permissions.
Skills Required
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL with experience on reviewing and validating SQL codes.
- Working experience with PySpark and Databricks.
- Knows how to model data and design a data pipeline.
- Strong interest and/or experience in Big Data, and Data analytics. Process Mining knowledge is good to have and candidates with Process mining experience will be preferred.
- Able to apply basic statistical methods for difficult business problems.
- Good work experience with business intelligence tools. E.g., Power BI (must) and Tableau (good to have)
- Ability to manage different moving parts - business stakeholders, IT, Analytics Resources, Data Experts, SMEs, etc. for the successful execution of the projects.
- Prior experience in Python language is a plus

- Comfortable to work with varying levels of ambiguity on data availability and business requirements.
- Flexible in the tools to be used in approaching solutions
- Attention to detail is key
- Fluent in English both in speech and writing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
