You will have the opportunity to set and execute our Communication strategy.

This role will be based in Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities

As a student assistant you will be part of a small team within HQ Facility Management responsible among other things for employee benefits, Front Office services and internal communication channels.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assist the FM teams in content creation and upload on the internal channels – SharePoint page, info-screens
  • Maintain and update the information on our Esplanaden Campus intranet page on SharePoint
  • Assist our employees in HQ in uploading content to our internal communication channels
  • Help us create our Communication strategy for HQ
  • Develop and maintain our key communication channels in SharePoint and Teams
  • Supporting in other various ad-hoc tasks such as making presentations, booking, and planning events, etc.

We are looking for

You study business communication, Brand Management or similar. You have 2+ years remaining before graduating with a master’s degree.

You have experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and other communication tools is an advantage.

You communicate clearly and fluently in written and spoken English. Danish is advantage, but not a prerequisite.

Furthermore you:

  • Have great presentation skills and are proactive
  • Are a creative problem solver and have high learning agility
  • Are approachable, service-minded and proactive in ensuring that we meet the right outcome.
