Do you want to be part of the construction of a new urban hospital which will provide more than 450,000 citizens with state-of-the-art healthcare?
The project for the New Bispebjerg Hospital represents a key intervention within the vision proposed by the Capital Region of Denmark for the development of healthcare services in the area. The architectural complex develops in an area of around 77.500 sqm, within six pavilions will host a dense and widely articulated functional program. The three key departments will be: Emergency, Operation, and Radiology.
The New Bispebjerg Hospital represents the perfect union of quality and sustainability, in which the intrinsic plus value is constituted by a concerted and shared work between the various professionals involved.

Your daily tasks would among other consist of:
- Preparing quantity requirements.
- Verification Monthly Progress Claim received from our Subcontractors / Suppliers and prepare the Interim Payment Certificates
- Check the request of Subcontractors’ variation
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent related subject
- Good knowledge software like Excel / AutoCAD / Word
- Strong analytical- and critical thinking abilities.
- Sound knowledge of construction, preferably from a larger scaled project.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal qualities.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
It will be an advantage to also possess the following:
- Construction estimation or finance experience.
- Knowledge of Molio software
- Knowledge of the Danish language
