Senior Developer
Lendomatic ApS is seeking a flexible, passionate and highly dedicated Senior Developer to join our international development team. We are a company in growth and working at a high pace, which will enable you to grow professionally and personally. You will also be able to put your own mark on the team’s processes, design and future, in co-operation with your colleagues.
The Job
Develop, maintain and support internal business applications in PHP.
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Participation in improving development standards and processes.
Participation in design and documentation processes.
Mentor the Junior developers on the development team.
Identification and reporting of risk or potential issues to nearest Manager.
Ensure development delivery goals and timelines are met.
Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of technology problems.
Recommend improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team.
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various levels of experience.
Be a lead programmer that independently comes up with innovative solutions that the whole company will benefit from.
Your qualifications
3-5+ years of experience with PHP development.
Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel.
Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
Familiar with the limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
Knowledge of application performance profiling and optimization, including code optimization.
Strong understanding and experience with MySQL.
Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
Understanding of MVC design patterns.
Experience in the usage of UML.
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.
Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches.
Experience with cloud-based distributed applications and data processing.
Proficient understanding of Git.
Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Personal
Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
Great at documenting processes and standards.
Strong verbal and written skills in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
Driven by results and growth.
Must be the type of person that takes initiative and doesn’t need to be micromanaged.

Lendomatic ApS is a Danish founded consumer loan company that has 4 brands MiniFinans, Kassekreditten, Folkelånet and Kvikto. We issue around 2000 loans every month and offer loans in both Denmark and Sweden and will be expanding into further countries. Our head office is centrally located in Copenhagen near Østerport Station.
