The Center for Quantum Devices (QDev) is seeking a student helper for a 20 hours per week position. QDev is a basic research center supported by the Danish National Research Foundation with ongoing activities in materials science, experimental physics, nanoelectronics, and condensed matter theory. We are looking for a student helper to assist in our big lab, located at HC Ørsted Institute on Nørre Campus. We are looking for a student with drive and good cheer. You must be reliable, flexible and efficient. We value independence as well as a keen eye for detail.
Your primary tasks will be to take care of materials and samples in our lab to be used for research and teaching purposes. We expect that you are already familiar with working in a lab similar to ours. Experience within our field is an advantage and preferred.

Wage and employment conditions
The position is open from 1 September 2020 and the working hours is on average 20 hours a week. It is a requirement that you are an active student enrolled at a higher education programme.
Wage and employment terms in accordance with Joint agreement between the Ministry of Finance, the Danish Confederation of Student Employees and the Association of Danish medical student.
