Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work and collaborate closely with your colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. This is with strong focus on providing high quality and commercially integrated advice to our internationally oriented business. Further, you will work closely together with the business and stakeholders in our affiliate. Thereby, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g. management systems, engineering, auditing, data collection or supply management into practice.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.
You will be working with HSEQ processes and procedures and you will report directly to the Supply Chain and HSEQ manager. Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:

- Assist in formalizing all procedures and documents needed for the implementation of the HSEQ policies in the Nordics
- Ensure the follow-up and the update of the local normative documents and formalization of the business processes
- Actively seek out input to procedures from all stakeholders
- Draw up the processes and ensure distribution through responsible manager
- Registration of status and progress
- Assist in maintaining the Total Nordic HSEQ management system
