Key Responsibilities
As IT Business Partner in the Information Technology & Services team, you will be accountable for Exploration & Production Headquarter Development and Support to Operations (DSO) OneOffshore IT services across metiérs and maintaining a portfolio of +20 applications. It is a complex setup with Headquarter DSO OneOffshore department over three location and with strategic operating complexity and numerous broad energy projects. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when sparing with and foster digital solutions with both local and Headquarter metiérs to meet business requirements.
The position is based in Total Upstream Denmark in Copenhagen and is also supporting Total Exploration & Production Denmark and Total Country Services activities.
Overall, you have a strong interaction with key business stakeholders on managerial level located in Copenhagen, Paris and Pau to identify business requirements, understanding user needs, collecting requirements, writing specifications and coordinating with IS Urbanist/ Solutions Architect and Project Managers to meet business needs and defined technical standards with user friendly and innovative solutions.
The areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
Operations: Handle escalations from business to ITS, support resolution and ensure that applications roadmap is fully mastered and supported through strong IS stakeholder coordination including in Headquarter. Ensure identification, supporting implementation and recurrent performance of all IT services considering market potential, business perspective, cost optimizations and Total IT strategy

- IT stakeholders´ mobilization: Manage solid relationships with IT stakeholders, local and in Headquarter, in order to ensure proper priority alignment and resources mobilization for responding business expectations.
- Innovation and improvement: Proactively identify and propose evolutions in IT services, in collaboration with local ITS teams and Headquarter IS, which can add value to the business and are coherent with the IT strategy.
- Plan and Budget: Understand, anticipate, identify and specify business needs, build IT plan and induced budget. With Headquarter DSO One Offshore management team outline IT roadmap to enable a successful business value proposition
- Projects coordination: Foster proper project coordination and coordinate with IS Project Management Office on larger projects deliverances.
- Change management: Support proper coordination between business and IT regarding changes ensuring end user training and guidelines in the extent needed.
