Key Responsibilities
As Systems Specialist in the Methods & Systems team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in guiding and supporting HR systems and HR customers while promoting high data quality.
You will continuously learn and develop your competencies when supporting the entire DK HR organization on optimal use of systems and how they link to the processes. You will be responsible for assignment of authorizations, general system support, optimization of systems and processes as well as onboarding new colleagues into HR systems, giving line of sight to our data flows.
You will be accountable for knowing and understanding the GDPR legislation in order to guide and ensure compliance and best practice across HR processes.

We expect that you deliver qualified, proactive and customer-oriented system support to your colleagues across HR and the organization. You are the one to provide a set-up that allows for evaluation of system processes, data and data quality. Furthermore, together with the Methods & Systems Manager and the rest of the team, you will identify and drive possibilities of digitalization that will enable HR to deliver an even better support to the business.

Areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
  • Act as SME in HR systems and their link to various HR processes
  • Challenge and act as consultant for HR organization on how to use the systems in their area in the best way possible
  • Drive and develop continuous optimization of current systems (including integration where relevant) with relevant involvement from IT
  • Develop, know and maintain library of reference materials to support and guide HR users and employees and managers with focus on simplicity and relevance
  • Conduct relevant training and awareness sessions on optimal system use; increasing data quality and equip users to be self-helped
  • Responsible for monitoring data quality, based HQ DQI tool input and local data controls
  • Ongoingly promote and drive various data quality initiatives through focus on HR systems and processes
  • Participate in GDPR initiatives to maintain relevant knowledge and provide guidance and advice on compliance
  • Support onboarding process via identity management solution
  • Proactively onboard new HR colleagues to the DK HR system landscape and data flows
  • Responsible for conducting quarterly review of HR systems and HR file share access in Denmark and initiate appropriate actions
