As our new Systems Integration Consultant, you will be joining a team of 7 highly motivated colleagues. You will have a wide range of touchpoints throughout the organization including local management, internal system users, integration developers and at the same time you will also be communicating with external customers.
You will report to the Team Lead of the Logistics BA’s and be based at DFDS Headquarters in Copenhagen.
Main responsibilities
In the role as Systems Integration Consultant, you are the bridge between our customers and our internal developers. You will focus on analyzing the requirements and design the most optimal way of integrating between systems of the customers and DFDS.
More specifically your main responsibilities include:

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and like to have many balls in the air at once. The everyday life is unpredictive and you need to set the course yourself and be the driver of the progress. As the tasks often need to involve colleagues and externals at different levels, you also need to have strong stakeholder management skills.
If you are familiar with communication protocols such as AS2, Https and FTP and possess knowledge about how RPA works it’s considered a big advantage but not a prerequisite.

Through your structured and self-driven personality, you are able to navigate in complex discussions where various digital requirements from different stakeholders need to be satisfied. This combined with your analytical approach and good communication skills you ensure high quality solutions for both the customer and DFDS.

You will report to the Team Lead of the Logistics BA’s and be based at DFDS Headquarters in Copenhagen.
Main responsibilities
In the role as Systems Integration Consultant, you are the bridge between our customers and our internal developers. You will focus on analyzing the requirements and design the most optimal way of integrating between systems of the customers and DFDS.
More specifically your main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing processes and required data flows between the customer and DFDS
- Design the desired solution of the system integration
- Testing the integration solution during development
- Implementing the integration
- Supporting the running solutions
- Stakeholder management
What we are looking for
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and like to have many balls in the air at once. Further:
- We imagine you are newly graduated or have 1-2 years’ experience from a similar position.
- It’s an advantage if you have a degree within IT or Business where a conceptual understanding of system integrations and process analysis were in focus.
- Equally as important are your communication skills, as you translate business needs and user requests into IT solutions.
- SQL knowledge is an advantage
- You are a pro-active team player, as DFDS creates innovative solutions based on strong internal collaboration.
- Fluent in English as DFDS is an international company.
