The food delivery market is growing rapidly and is being characterised by a high degree of innovation as well as fierce competition, which makes it essential to have direct control on costs and quality of the service offered. The Business Planner therefore always keeps an eye on the numbers and gives advice on strategic decisions within the Operations team in Denmark and Norway

As the Business Planner you
Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Operations Support and the Country Manager. With help of your forecasts and analyses, your team is able to take the right steps forward and always stay one step ahead of the competition.
- Analyzing KPIs as well as tracking the daily business and adjusting accordingly
- Preparing forecasts, demand planning
- Spotting trends in the developments and shifting the business based on this information
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy while managing capacity plans for multiple LOBs.
- Offering advice on a strategic level to stakeholders within the business
- Participating and taking the lead in new projects related to both the growth of the business as well as process improvements
- Build close working links with the recruitment and planning teams
- Conducting field as well as desk research
Can you deliver
- Organizational understanding and the ability to connect the numbers to our food delivery operation
- Forward-thinking and independent way of working
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical reasoning
- Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills and SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); native Danish and proficient/fluent English. Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
- Relevant educational background and 2-3 years of work experience in a position with analytical focus, preferably in an operations environment
