You will be located in HQ Copenhagen and you will be member of the company’s leadership team consisting of 8 great colleagues, all entrepreneurs with strongcommercial and product development backgrounds.

As a profile you have years experience of full stack development and you love to bein this enviorement. Your background could be from another scale-up and you liketo be on this journey with ups- and downs.
You want to be the driving force on product development and ready to producehigh-quality code together with your team. Technology is your heartbeat and yourmantra could be:
"If you’re in doubt, you test, iterate, and find a solution".
You havegood leadership skills, know how to build your team an love to see people developand grow.
We’re growing rapidly and soon you’ll be hiring and leading a much developmentteam and we expect that you are a relation builder with a good network, that couldbe a help, to find new tech people.
You are a strong communicator, fluent in English and other language skills isbeneficial. As a profile you are self-driven, take responsibility, are strategic andmost of all you would like to be one of us.

As CTO your Responsibilities will be:
- As a member of the company’s leadership team, you will help shapeCylindo’s overall direction, and ensure technology strategy & vision aretightly integrated with the business strategy
- Ensure the engineering organization is set up for rapid team size growth
- Own the engineering budget and recruitment plan
- Structure teams and interactions to minimize friction and maximizeproductivity
- Put the right tools & structure in place to track and improve velocity &quality
- Own intellectual property strategy in a changing competitive landscape
- Collaborate closely with our product team and other departments to drivethe product roadmap, assess the needs of various stakeholders, and maketradeoffs between budget, features, and timeline.
- Coach and grow our team by providing and supporting career paths
- Participate in building Cylindo’s employer brand as a technical leader in thespace
Requirements
- A successful track record of rapidly recruiting engineers and building fun,cohesive teams. If your former colleagues tend to join you at new companies,that’s a wonderful sign!
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A highly collaborative work style and willingness to make tradeoffs to keepprojects on track.
- The ability to communicate effectively across various levels of responsibilitywith both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have experience in working in an engineering team of 50+ people, ideallyas CTO or directly reporting to him/her.
