We are looking for a trusted Business Partner with high business involvement
You drive the analysis of the business performance, continuous productivity improvements and standardization across the organization as well as provide solutions to support business decisions and forecasting process.
In addition to this, you are accountable for the following Key Responsibilities:
Location of the position is in Hobro. Travel activity in the job is estimated to 5-10 days a year.

We are looking for a trusted Business Partner with high business involvement
You drive the analysis of the business performance, continuous productivity improvements and standardization across the organization as well as provide solutions to support business decisions and forecasting process.
In addition to this, you are accountable for the following Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and metrics to HQ and key stakeholders driving one set of numbers
- Tracking and follow-up on the profitability on the hauler’s accounts
- Statistical reporting to external and internal clients on the transport flows
- Responsible for the KPI report combined with forecasting, analysis, and follow-up with the local business
- Full control of the fuel impact on the operation and hauliers accounts
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Building partnerships and strong relationships with all managers and their teams and providing financial support to commercial decision making
- Conducting market research studies and analysis to assess current market trends
- Delivering analysis and insight on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions

Preferred candidate
We are looking for a professional individual to challenge the status quo at all levels of the organization, and who has the following qualifications:
- Educational background in Finance or the like
- Preferably experience in road logistics
- Preferable 2-4 years of working experience within finance functions or logistics operations
- Like that phrase “The devil is in the detail”
- Advanced Excel experience at super-user level
- Proven record of analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills being able to work with both management and employees in a large organization
- Open and positive attitude
- Outgoing, outspoken and a winning personality
