Improve DFDS’s business with your analytical approach and communication skills
In DFDS we want to accelerate our digital offerings towards our strategical important customers. The offerings span from digital booking creation to post-booking services. We want to accelerate this journey even further and therefore we need you.
As our new Digital Integration Analyst, you will be joining a team of 3 highly motivated colleagues. You will have a wide range of touchpoints throughout the organization including local management, internal system users, integration developers and at the same time you will also be communicating with external customers.
You will report to the Team Lead of the Logistics Business Analysts and be based at DFDS Headquarters in Copenhagen.
Main responsibilities
In the role as Digital Integration Analyst, you are the bridge between our customers and our internal developers. You will focus on analyzing the requirements and design the most optimal way of integrating between systems of the customers and DFDS.
More specifically your main responsibilities include:

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and like to have many tasks going on at the same time. The everyday life is unpredictive and you need to set the course yourself and be the driver of the progress. As the tasks often need to involve colleagues and externals at different levels, you also need to have strong stakeholder management skills.
If you are familiar with communication protocols such as AS2, Https and FTP and possess knowledge about how RPA works it’s considered a big advantage but not a prerequisite.

Through your structured and self-driven personality, you are able to navigate in complex discussions where various digital requirements from different stakeholders need to be satisfied. This combined with your analytical approach and good communication skills you ensure high quality solutions for both the customer and DFDS.

- Design the desired solution of the system integration
- Testing the integration solution during development
- Implementing the integration
- Supporting the running solutions

What we are looking for

Further:
- We imagine you are newly graduated or have 1-2 years’ experience from a similar position.
- It’s an advantage if you have a degree within IT or Business where a conceptual understanding of system integrations and process analysis were in focus.
- Equally as important are your communication skills, as you translate business needs and user requests into digital solutions.
- Being familiar with reading file types like xml, EDIFACT and Json is considered an advantage
- You are a pro-active team player, as DFDS creates innovative solutions based on strong internal collaboration.
- Fluent in English as DFDS is an international company.
