Our aim is to ensure that we have the competencies and capabilities to support DFDS exciting and ambitious growth journey, which in addition to involving new business areas also includes a short- and long-term transitioning to a carbon neutral environment.


Help shape the workforce of tomorrow for our growth journey


You will drive and further develop processes related to the entire employee experience from attraction to development. Strengthen our employer branding, drive our engagement survey activities, and help shape our digital learning strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end projects such as our Performance management roll-out
  • Lead and develop our employer branding efforts, leading to a strong employer value proposition amongst our critical talent groups. Implement and coordinate activities and campaigns with local talent acquisition community across all our regions
  • Own the process and continuously improve all activities related to our engagement survey activities
  • Design our new digital learning universe by creating a toolbox of development offerings for employees and managers to ensure a broader offering, wider reach and optimize our use of digital learning offerings

You will be part of a diverse team of engaged colleagues working with Learning and Development (L&D) in Copenhagen as well as in our regions around Europe. We work cross-functionally and collaborate closely with the local L&D and HR Business Partner communities. You will be located at our new beautiful headquarter in Nordhavn, Copenhagen right next to the waterfront, where our ferries depart.

Your backpack

Proven work experience with 2-5 years of HR development or project experience, preferably in a large international company.

You should furthermore be able to tick off most of the following competencies:

  • Strong performance management skills and experience in developing organization/employee/leadership development activities
  • Experience working with engagement surveys would be an advantage
  • International orientated and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Not afraid of working in a large and complex organization
  • Digital savvy and good feel for new learning methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
