If yes, then this student assistant position in automatization and information management at TotalEnergies Nordic in the Copenhagen office might be your match!
Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong focus on providing high quality solutions to our internationally orientated operations. In the Supply Chain Department, we work closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. You will gain in-depth insight into the everyday work life of fast paced supply chain operations. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g., data collection, IT automation, reporting and supply chain analytics etc. into practice.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning though, you are expected to spend full working days in the office.
You will be working with automating data extraction from SAP and automating tools and reporting.

You will be working with automating data extraction from SAP and automating tools and reporting.
Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
- Set up Power BI reporting and management dashboards
- Providing automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Developing and maintaining excel based databases, and deliver load files to other systems
- Performing root cause analysis to assess data quality issues
- Automate existing and develop new tools for supply chain analytics
- Support delivery of data that enable analysis of operations
- Support development of reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- If possible, support the ongoing work on defining and expanding our data model using techniques to summarize the overall features of data analysis.
