As Student Assistant supporting the International Mobility Department, you will be part of the Compensation and Benefits team of four full time employees including the Manager. You will report directly to the Mobility Lead. You will be assisting in the coordination of different aspects of international assignments when sending and welcoming our employees across the organization and will be following the mobility policies owned by Headquarter, Paris, and others owned locally in Denmark. The team supports all functions in HR Denmark and the business.

Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will together with the team drive the mobility process of our inpatriates and expatriates, and support in different projects and in building the process to improve the experience of the employees on mobility.

You will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
  • Manage different requests from our stakeholders and assist in optimizing our International Mobility Management in Denmark
  • Assist in managing our vendors and ensure that the vendors understand our policies and our needs
  • Assist in maintaining our tracking systems/sheets updated for management reporting
  • Invoice controlling
  • Support our other team members with compensations and benefits tasks when needed.
