DFDS IT support is looking for a skilled team leader who naturally takes the lead and who wants to work with leading and strengthening the support team.

As our dear colleague is looking forward to changing the role as IT Serveice Manager with the retirement life, we are now looking for someone who will take over the exciting job and lead the journey gowing forward.
You will become part of the Nordic Service team and team leader for fourteen skilled and committed colleagues, where you will work together to solve IT tasks and ensure an excellent IT experience.
Your colleagues are located in 4 separate countries in the Nordic region. Your daily workplace will be at DFDS's office in Copenhagen.
As a team leader, you will play a central role as a "playing coach", where you are responsible for motivating, leading and developing the team professionally, as well as taking part in the daily tasks yourself.
The team provides remote support and solves easy ad hoc tasks onsite. Customers appreciate your ability to put themselves in their place, and it will therefore be an important focal point for you and the team.
A great IT experience
Your goal will be to strengthen and motivate the team professionally, while ensuring that you repeatedly give colleagues a good support experience. You do this, among other things, by following up on the tasks and feedback as well as by making sure that the team receives the necessary training and technical sparring.
In your role as Service Manager you will follow up on escalations and ensure that processes and procedures are in place to maintain the support teams performance against service level agreements across the organisation.

- Day-to-day management and coordination of the team, including 1:1 reviews
- Ensure the team's success through technical sparring and training
- Responsibility for staffing and progress in tasks
- Check and follow up on team KPIs
- Follow-up on customer feedback and engage in customer dialogues
- Support and advise users at customers remote and onsite
- Manage service level agreements and deliver customer satisfaction surveys
- Deliver performance reports in relation to agreed KPI’s
- Manage the CSIP for Support & Operations department
You are passionate about good customer service

- Have a practical IT education such as IT supporter or a technician specializing in infrastructure - and several years of experience from a similar position where you have delivered good customer service
- Has worked with leading and developing a team
