What are we looking for?
The Customer Engagement Tribe in DFDS is looking for a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist to help us move forward our already advanced digital analytics tracking setup and transform how we orchestrate and activate user data.
Your focus will be on implementing digital analytics and measurement approaches with high quality and a tangible impact, ensuring a clean and reliable technical set-up and data integrity, and supporting business stakeholders and project teams with their tracking requirements.

Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include amongst other things:
Beyond close collaboration with your colleagues in Experience Orchestration, you will work closely with experience product teams, stakeholders from both B2B and B2C Marketing and external partners to ensure that our key focus is to create value from data.
Who are you?
You’re someone who is up for a challenge and thrives in the face of complex problems. We expect that you are a person who is ready to lead the discussion. You are confident in presenting your own ideas to a group of stakeholders. The desired profile will have at least two to three years of experience working hands-on with complex web analytics implementations.
You should have a good knowledge of Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, BigQuery and ideally of one or more customer data platforms.
Ideally, you have experience working cross-functionally. This might be in the form of supporting digital marketing teams, defining data layer parameters to booking funnels and managing integrations with booking engines and other third-party tools. Further, experience with JavaScript, SQL or Python will be an advantage. We expect you to have a relevant bachelors or master’s degree and have solid communications skills in English.

Your responsibilities will include amongst other things:
- Maintaining our digital analytics implementations across our digital touchpoints,
- Managing the toolset for clickstream data, surveying, multivariate testing, etc.
- Handling digital analytics support requests from business stakeholders
- Managing and guiding external implementation partners
- Execute implementation changes to tagging and scripting
- Helping and supporting the business translate goals into trackable metrics
