Do you want to contribute to the development of the People Division (Human Resources) and support key People processes, data and analytics for our salary planning, bonus, talent review and performance management - while at the same time help us work smarter with data?
The Global Learning & Development team and the Global Rewards team are looking for a student, who can support both teams – and work as a crucial helping hand to support us with different kinds of tasks related to our annual wheel.
Get first-hand experience with key HR processes, data and analytics in a large international People organisation

We collaborate closely with local People teams as well as with colleagues in our Headquarter (People, Finance, Communication, etc.).
You will get responsibility for driving selected parts of specific processes on your own. As such, your work will be a mix of independent project tasks as well as administrative support to the colleagues in the two teams.
As a student in DFDS you can look forward to taking part in the student network and the mentor programme allowing for social activities as well as professional advice related to your work.
Main Responsibilities
The position is flexible with varying data and process administrative and project related tasks within HR. Together with the managers responsible for Global Learning & Development and Rewards, you will plan your work, prioritising based on when the key annual processes within these areas take place.
Gradually, we expect you to gain more insight and knowledge of the processes, workflows and DFDS functions so your role can develop, and you will have the opportunity to become involved in new tasks and responsibilities.
The position is part-time of around 15-20 hours per week. We offer flexible working hours, so you continue to prioritise your studies.
