You will join our global Talent Management department


As our new Talent Management consultant, you will be part of a small team, which is one out of 4 Centre of Excellence departments covering our global services. Our office is located in our head office in Copenhagen, where you will be operating from.

Our designs and services are embedded throughout the entire organisation and covers deliverables within performance management processes, job family architecture, engagement surveys, people review, succession planning etc.


Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:


  • Drive development and integration of global talent and performance management activities and capability frameworks based on strong subject matter knowledge
  • Planning of ongoing annual plan activities and new roadmap initiatives
  • Drive and plan global processes and roll-out, such as our yearly engagement surveys (ESES), Performance and Development processes (PDP), People Review processes, incl. succession planning and our Job Family architecture (JFA)
  • Development and governance and design of new strategic Talent Management concepts and processes
  • Monitor the success of existing processes (e.g. by using metrics and analytics) and proactively recommend improvements to ensure continuous development and integration
  • Drive globally consistent communication towards stakeholder groups supported by relevant communication platforms
  • Identifies and designs requirements for HR systems and technology required to effectively deliver tasks and services

  • Master’s degree in business, HR or related subjects and a minimum of 5 - 7 years of senior HR experience on a global scale
  • 3+ years of experience in designing programs and knowledge of a specific talent management process area
  • Proven experience with project management and successful stakeholder management
  • Experience in working in virtual environments
  • Superior communication skills in Danish and English and strong experience within global working cultures


Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:


A global mindset understanding different learning styles and needs across multiple countries and markets. You understand the business on a strategic as well as operational level and navigates well in the dynamics of a global company. You have the ability to work virtually and globally, and you are experienced within internal consulting and project management with the ability to drive change. It goes without saying, that a positive mind-set using the possibilities around you is very important.
