Are you our new ISO14001 Administrator for Global FM&RE in Ramboll?
We invite you to bring your expertise and energy into play as you contribute to aligning and structuring how we approach ISO14001 across Scandinavia. To succeed in this role, you have proven experience working with ISO14001.

You will join our Global Facility Management & Real Estate department
You will become part of a small Centre of Excellence Team in a newly created position within Global FM&RE. The team as a whole provide support to the FM&RE function including the FM&RE managers based in the countries where Ramboll operates. We envision, you will be based in either Espoo in Finland or Copenhagen or Aarhus in Denmark, but over time you will be providing support across all the Scandinavian countries.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Even though you will report into the Global FM&RE Organisation, you will also have several collaborative ties with both local business management and HSEQ managers.
You get to handle a variety of tasks which require flexibility and prioritization capability, but also allow you to involve all your skills and abilities. We envision, that 2020 will be about preparing and achieving the ISO14001 certification for Global FM&RE in Finland and Denmark, whereas 2021 will be about rolling out the certification in Norway and Sweden.
Working globally in a small team which is spread out across Northern Europe, we utilize digital communication platforms to optimize communication without the need to travel, but some travel activity should be expected - mainly in Scandinavia (around 5-15 days per annum).
Your starting point for constant growth
The ideal candidate has extensive experience from working in similar roles within Corporate FM organizations or alternatively with FM service providers. Ideally, you have some experience from an international environment containing multiple cultures and you have extensive experience supporting implementation of and managing ISO 14001.
You have a proven ability to manage changes and relations with internal customers, decision makers, suppliers, and consultants.
You are an experienced user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint as a minimum and be able to document formal training in ISO14001.
English is our corporate language and therefore you are be able to present and communicate proficiently in English to all levels of the organization.
You are be able to work independently and to perform within your field of expertise with little or no guidance – and to prepare and conduct presentations to ensure stakeholder support where needed.
As a person you are a self-starter and structured by nature with attention to detail. You are characterized by high spirits, a strong passion for environmental management and team player skills - and you thrive in an informal and solution-oriented international environment characterized by growth and change.

Global Facility Management and Real Estate (Global FM & RE) supports all Ramboll's business units and handles a variety of tasks related to building operations, lease administration, space optimization, catering, cleaning, fleet, printing, receptions and site security.
Alongside the daily operations, we are working on the development of the function and continuous optimization of our services to approx. 16.000 employees in approx. 300 locations worldwide.

- Identification of how Ramboll interacts with the environment within FM relevant categories
- Identification of environmental aspects and their potential impacts
- Monitoring and measurement of the progress to achieve Ramboll environmental targets
- Ensure compliance with agreed standards
