As our new Service Manager you will be part of a diverse and engaging global team. The role is based in Ramboll Head Office in Copenhagen, with some global travel expected. Based within a close team of 5, you will be expected to build strong ongoing relationships and directly input into the design and development of the teams vision and direction

You will join our Global Business Services (GBS) department
As our new Service Manager you will be part of a diverse and engaging global team. The role is based in Ramboll Head Office in Copenhagen, with some global travel expected. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Act as the key interface between multiple divisions within Global Business Services
- Act as the focal point in relations between process excellence and Global Business Services
- Engage closely with global partners to communicate and drive the global service delivery model
- Actively engaging with global stakeholders to drive global offshoring initiatives
- Support global divisions to project manage global offshoring processes.
- Directly reporting into the Head of Global Business Services, acting as a key sparring partner
- Partnering closely with the Head of Global Business Services to ensure smooth day to day running of large global projects.
- Represent Global Business Services within Ramboll internal and external events and meetings

- Significant experience in managing large global projects with multiple stakeholders
- Significant project management skills on global implementation projects
- The ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with the skill to be able to continually identify and adjust priorities.
- Ability to drive a customer focussed agenda, understand the customers needs and ensure that this is the focus of all our global processes and projects.
- Significant experience and a strong indepth knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma
- AGILE PM qualification
- A proven track record of managing multiple stakeholder groups across multiple layers and geographies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
