You will join our Group Strategy and Corporate Development department
As our new Group Strategy and Corporate Development Intern or Student Assistant you will be part of an international team with diversity in age, gender, educational and professional backgrounds. We pride ourselves in our resourcefulness and quality of our delivery. The team forms the basis of the Executive Office and is responsible for key strategic priorities such as Group and Business Unit strategy, Annual Business Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Operational Transformations, Executive agenda support and priority ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind of the Executive Management of Ramboll Group..
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
The role is based in our head office in Copenhagen, Denmark and the start date for the position is 1st September 2020. You must possess a valid visa or work permit in order to be considered for this position.
After receiving initial training, you will work in a project environment as part of a small dedicated team solving some of the most important and exciting strategic, organisational and operational challenges the Ramboll Group is facing.

A Student Assistant is expected to work 15-20 hours a week, however we do offer flexibility with regards to academic commitments. Student positions are compensated in accordance with the academic level and the rules around the “SU” law.
A student tenure with Group Strategy and Corporate Development in Ramboll will position you well for a future career in Strategy, Corporate Development, Management Consulting, M&A and related areas. Successful Student Assistants will have a priority when applying for full-time roles at Ramboll.

- Working with Ramboll Group internal reporting data, systems and tools
- Researching market trends, collecting and analysing market data
- Developing business cases and financial projections
- Scoping and organising your own work
- Preparing data and presenting your findings
- Creating convincing and professional presentations

- Relevant academic background: studying towards a Master-level degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study
- Profound Data & Analytics skills
- Good knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools
- Knowledge of Python, R or SQL is an advantage but not required
- Relevant project, course or case experience is a plus
- International experience through studies or work is an advantage
- Fluency in English – written and verbal (Danish is not required)
