You will join our Business Applications division

As our new Team Manager for technical software, you will be part of our IT organisation where we deliver a wide range of solutions and technology platforms for Ramboll’s employees. You will head a team of experts who will manage our global contracts for technical software. The team is new and will focus on vendor and contract management and give input on how Ramboll can optimise the use of the software from a commercial and strategic perspective. The team will also be responsible for internal cost allocations and ensure transparency in license usage across the organisation. You will be part of a growing division with various applications in the portfolio. You will be based in our Danish office and collaborate with team members in India and users globally. We set top standards for the quality of our deliverables and keep a strong focus on adding value to Ramboll and the employees.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop vendor and contract management as a strategic area
  • Monitor and ensure transparency and compliance in the use of licenses and software
  • Engage with operational business and advise on optimised use of the software
  • Ensure internal cost allocation is carried out according to agreed governance
  • Develop and enforce governance for local and global collaboration in using technical software
  • Provide input to Ramboll’s technology roadmap
  • Handle day-to-day management and development of the team

  • Relevant educational background (Engineering or Computer Science)
  • In-depth knowledge about technical software and how they support work processes
  • Proven experience in vendor and contract management
  • Good stakeholder skills
  • Experience in managing and leading a team
  • Superior communication skills in English and Danish
