Are you ready to support the interaction with the financial market and engage directly to support our Executive management team and Board of Directors?
Vestas is looking for a student to join our Investor Relations team. This role supports the responsibility of Vestas complying with stock market regulations while ensuring continuous improvement of the trustworthy and correct financial communication to and with the investor community.
Finance Investor Relations Investor Relations
You will join the Investor Relations team, which is part of the CFO area - an international area with regional anchors across the globe. The IR department's main objective is to provide timely and adequate information to existing and potential shareholders, which necessitates a solid and broad network internally. Preparation of presentations, financial reports, and material for events such as our Capital Markets Day is also part of the IR team's responsibility.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate for working in an international organisation with a unique opportunity to impact a sustainable transition of the energy sector and is underway with his or her Master's degree in Finance, International Business, Economics, or similar, and have shown great academic results.

- Direct support to and engagement with Executive Management and the Board of Directors
- Support with financial and strategic presentations for investors and analysts across Europe, USA, and Asia Pacific
- Support for quarterly and annual financial reports and material for the Board of Directors
- Various strategic workstreams with a broad range of external and internal stakeholders
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Support in ensuring compliance with rules for issuers of shares at Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S
Qualifications

Competencies
- Strong competences and not least interest within financial and accounting analysis
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills in general
- Great attention to detail
- Experience from international organisations and a fast-paced environment is an advantage
- Professional oral and written skills in English and preferably also Danish
- Thrives with flexible deadlines and a dynamic work environment
- Understanding of the equity market dynamics
