You will join our IT Process department
As our new IT Disaster recovery Manager you will be part of a newly created team in our Copenhagen office with 4-5 likeminded and experienced IT professionals working in Chennia who will mature the cross-functional IT processes and you will shape and align the Disaster Recovery Process across IT. Ramboll is running a global IT Security and Crisis Management implementation program and the Disaster Recovery manager will be working alongside with the business owner on the actual definition and implementation of the disaster recover procedures with the global IT Security team and other stakeholders in IT and Operational Excellence and the business.

You will join our IT Process department

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Define and lead the implementation of Ramboll´s global IT disaster recovery framework incl. development of best practices, effective processes, and procedures for disaster recovery
- Lead development of technology recovery strategies, process improvements, automation, impact assessments, recovery planning and annual testing exercises to drive the Ramboll Disaster Recovery capabilities
- Lead the implementation of solutions for storing and accessibility of disaster recovery information, artifacts, plans, test results, contact lists and other critical information required to manage an adverse event
- Take a leadership role as the Disaster Recovery Manager in the management of emergency responses in the event of an actual disaster
- Build a strong relationship with key business stakeholders

- BCA or equivalent degree. Degree may be substituted with additional equivalent years of direct experience in the ITSM field
- 8+ years Information Technology and technology life-cycle management experience
- Documented subject matter expertise in IT Disaster Recovery best practices, methodologies, trends, tools, and issue identification
- EC-Council Disaster Recovery Professional (EDRP) certification or similar will be a plus
- Knowledge in IT Infrastructure support areas including but not limited to Storage, Database, Networks, Backups, Security and Operating Systems
- Ability to work well in a complex, collaborative, and cross-functional global organisation
- Minimum of 3 years of IT Disaster Recovery and/or Crisis Management experience
