You will join our Mobility department

As our new Mobility Specialist, you will be part of Global Reward & Mobility and you will report directly to the Head of Mobility. The Mobility function is a global support function, with four employees located at Ramboll’s Head Office in Copenhagen and two employees in India. You will take on an active role in the team working on improving our deliveries. We work closely together in the team and work cross-functionally within HR, thus you will have many colleagues within our global HR organization. We care deeply about your wellbeing and personal and professional development.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Act as a Mobility Specialist to support business needs and solutions for the global workforce

  • Stakeholder management – you will have several stakeholders, such as employees (preparations, on assignment and repatriation), managers, and business organizations investigating different global set ups

  • Your role includes both direct customer support as well as internal support to improve processes, policies, and future ways of working


Your key tasks will be:

  • Contribute to the total services provided by the Mobility team

  • Supporting employees, managers, and organizations on Mobility

  • Govern that set ups are compliant and risk assessed

  • Act as “problem solver” to organizations and colleagues

  • Stay on top of difficult cases and find appropriate solutions

  • Participate in various projects

  • Contribute to team wellness and happiness


Your starting point for constant growth

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Economy or Labour law

  • 3-6 years’ experience from a global Mobility function

  • General knowledge in tax, social security, and employment law.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Structured, proactive, and effective way of working
