A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Works Manager to join our complex and exciting infra structure project.
About us:
FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world. It’s a very complex project consisting of Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract (TUN) and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract (TPR).
Our new Concrete Works Manager will be a key figure leading the work preparation and execution of the Insitu Tunnel on Lolland and Fehmarn. The objective of the position is to lead the process of establishing Cut and Cover and the light attenuation structure, rail and road ramps, and technical building as part of the Insitu tunnel.

Workplace: Copenhagen with travel activities to Lolland and Fehmarn Later on Rødby and Fehmern

Our new Concrete Works Manager will be a key figure leading the work preparation and execution of the Insitu Tunnel on Lolland and Fehmarn. The objective of the position is to lead the process of establishing Cut and Cover and the light attenuation structure, rail and road ramps, and technical building as part of the Insitu tunnel.
Key activities:
- Lead, supervise and coordinate the concrete production activities
- Cooperate with other Managers on budget planning
- Assure the achievement of production goals in terms of coasts, time, safety and quality
- Participate in various meetings and Safety in Design workshops, carry out safety site visits
- Cooperate on establishing quality control procedures
- Plan and coordinate the preparation of works across departments
- Write, review and validate Work Method Statements and Work procedures
- Plan and organize the execution of work (including detailed time schedules and 6 months program)
- Follow up on budget, invoices, Subcontractors’ work progress and production plans
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years’ with experience within concrete and tunnel works
- Experience in similar positions
- Strong interpersonal and cooperation skills
- Excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written)
Personal skills:
- Structural and well organized
- Great team worker
- Strong problem solving, analytical and information management skills
