You will join our Operational Excellence department

As our new Student Assistant you will be part of the CRM Programme team and project management office. We are a global team, based primarily in Copenhagen and New York (US) working to implement a new CRM system and new ways of working across Ramboll globally. You will join the core Project team of six people, and support with a variety of tasks to help our implementation succeed. You will also interact with a much wider programme organisation cutting across many Corporate functions, including Clients & Marketing, OPEX, BI & Analytics, Finance, as well as all the Markets & Geographies that make up Ramboll’s 16,000 employees. You will get the opportunity to establish a strong network in Ramboll, gain experience on one of the biggest transformation programmes happening in the company right now, and work with a fun and determined team. The position is located in Copenhagen.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Project coordination & change management support

  • Assisting in communication efforts through knowledge sharing tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Yammer

  • Assisting in production of training materials, including guides and video content

  • Maintaining and organisation user feedback and change requests for CRM system

  • CRM system super user tasks – such as creating dashboards, views, and ad hoc support to users

  • Training programme administration

  • Data handling and analysis, and data stewardship in CRM

  • Knowing your way around Excel and PowerPoint and possessing a flair for making your work simultaneously detailed and presentable.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

  • A study programme within the fields of either Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Languages, Social Sciences or equivalent

  • An ability to work 15-20 hours a week on average


Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: being proactive, structured and having a close attention to detail and a knack for analytical thinking. You are a strong team player that is able to identify and take on new tasks quickly and independently, taking on responsibility of your own tasks from day one. You are a confident communicator and like engaging with people.
