The moment a guest steps into our lobby, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for running the daily operation in the hotel reception. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.
You will be a part of a unique team at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, which is part of one of the world’s largest upscale brands Intercontinental Hotel Group.
Among other things, you will, in collaboration with your colleagues at the reception, be sharing responsibility for the department’s continued development and that all our guests get the best service experience.

Opgaver
You will be responsible for running the shift in the reception.
In addition, your tasks will consist of:
- Supervising and supporting team members
- Delegating checklists and assignments
- Training new and current team members on tasks
- Handling of individual, business and leisure guests
- Ensuring a great experience of all our guests
- In charge of cashiers and hotel security
- Motivating team members to achieve targets
- Handling phone calls and e-mails
- Check-in and check out
Om dig
We expect that:
- You take an active part leading the team and achieving our goals
You have experience from the industry, preferably from reception and booking, – and that you can keep an overview in busy situations - Presence and precision characterize your work, so you can help create a good experience for our guests
- You are good at cooperating across all departments
- You have a good knowledge of English
- You have good IT knowledge, preferably of the Office package and OPERA
- You enjoy a varied work schedule with changing working hours
