This is a great opportunity for an experienced and serviceminded events specialist to get access to work with the great team of the busy Bella center and new Bella Arena.
We are looking to strenghten our housing team and are at present able to offer a temporary position until the end of the year.

In this role you will be part of Copenhagen’s best event team and be part of making great moments that matter. You will be the one who makes sure all goes according to plan in terms of rooms and hotels in our group, AC Hotel Bella Sky, Crowne PLaza Copenhagen Towers and Marriott Copenhagen Hotel, and make sure all details agreed are followed and lived out.
The housing team is integrated in the reservations and revenue department and located in Bella Center.

Opgaver
- Responsible for sales of hotel rooms to national and international groups for more than 10 persons for the segments Congress, Sports and Event groups.
- Focusing on converting offer into sale, handling the requests, maintaining the dialogue in the planning phase, coordinating the practical handling of the bookings and liaising with other team members who will assist with handling the events.
- Delegation of the workload to co-workers and training them in the correct procedures according to standards and client contracts.
- Setting standards and making sure data quality is correct and all systems maintained with attention to detail.
- Yielding of hotels’ capacity and ensuring sales strategies are followed and showing good business acumen in all decisions regarding pricing of offers sent to clients.
- Prepare and maintain all operational reports concerning group bookings as well as co-coordinating the flow and handling of the guests.
- Taking control of handling the billing of the groups, making sure the billing is correct, as well as commission calculations, free nights and other concessions.
- Taking part in site inspections if needed.
