Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our International Project Consultancy team</strong></p><p>As our new Student Assistant, you will join a team of 15 motivated colleagues and your workplace will be at our head office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, where most of the management team is based.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Support in planning, budgeting, and risk analysis</li><li>Research on various topics relating to on-going initiatives</li><li>Assist in the preparation of tender material</li><li>Supporting the team with creating presentations, reports, analyses, and memos</li><li>Time schedule update in MS Project</li><li>Support on internally administration tasks</li><li>Create and maintain SharePoint sites.</li></ul><p>A Student Assistant is expected to work 10-20 hours a week, however we do offer flexibility with regards to academic commitments. Student positions are compensated in accordance with the academic level and the rules around the “SU” law.</p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>You are currently studying your Bachelor or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Civil or Mechanical Engineering</li><li>You have a great interest in project management</li><li>Superuser of the MS Office pack</li><li>Experience in managing Big Data and databases</li><li>You are organised and have a structured approach to solving your tasks</li><li>Good stakeholder management skills</li><li>Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)</li><li>Danish language skills are beneficial.</li></ul><p>On a more personal note, you like working in an informal but highly motivated environment. Your curiosity helps you better understand and work together with people with other areas of expertise than your own, and your creative mind helps you effectively projects within the Industry market.
