As our new Student Assistant for HR in Ramboll Denmark you will be part of a department with HR professionals placed in Copenhagen. Together, our top priority is to supply expert HR partnering and solutions to the leaders and employees of Ramboll Denmark. You will refer to our HR Development Consultant, and we imagine that you will work approximately 10-15 hours a week, but it will vary depending on both your tasks with us and your studies and exams. </p><p><strong>An international mindset</strong><br>

It will be a central part of your role as our new HR Student Assistant to work with establishing procedures and solutions to foster an inclusive approach to embracing international employees and supporting them in adjusting to life in Ramboll and Denmark.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Support on our ongoing project regarding Inclusion of international Employees</li><li>Supporting our HR Development Consultant in ongoing projects</li><li>Assisting with practical tasks such planning, events, bookings etc.</li><li>Collaborations with internal and external stakeholders on various events or projects</li><li>Ad hoc tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong><br>

For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>You are at the end of your bachelor’s degree or in the beginning of your master’s degree (for example a HRM degree or something like it) and you have an interest in working with HR</li><li>Professional English communication skills both verbally and written</li><li>Can work independently and is not afraid to take initiative and reach out to people</li><li>Good administration skills, works systematically and with attention to the detail</li><li>Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will enable you to succeed in this role include: You have a systematic approach to your tasks, you follow up, and you are committed to your tasks – no matter how big or small.
