<p>Are you enthusiastic about working with sustainability focusing on due diligence and human rights? We invite you to take on a key senior role in our global team based in the Ramboll head office in Copenhagen, to support and advance development of two of our key global areas within corporate responsibility: sustainability due diligence and human rights implementation.</p><p>You will be key in conducting ESG impact assessment annually, coordinating input from other functions. You will have a special focus on human rights for the implementation of due diligence processes. You will collaborate closely with the group business integrity function which is implementing human rights processes in our risk management systems and tools. We share an enthusiasm for positive social and environmental impact, seeking systemic change and integration of awareness, knowledge and responsibilities within other group functions and across markets and geographies.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Subject matter expert within legal requirements and standards for sustainability due diligence and human rights : e.g. OECD guidelines, UNGP, CSDDD</li><li>Subject matter expert within sustainability reporting requirements for sustainability due diligence and human rights: e.g. CSRD, EU taxonomy minimum safeguards</li><li>Support the development of strategies, policies and other guidance enabling us to embed due diligence into our organisation</li><li>Conduct and update sustainability impact assessment annually (ESG related impacts)</li><li>Identify and follow-up on activities to mitigate human rights impact on own workforce, in close collaboration with the group HR, EDI and Health & Safety functions</li><li>Identify and follow-up on activities to mitigate human rights impact on consumers and end-users, in close collaboration with the Ramboll markets</li><li>Apply cultural awareness and behavioural science to the enhancement of awareness and knowledge about social and environmental impacts within Ramboll group functions and business units</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. As a qualified candidate you need:</p><ul><li>A master’s degree in a relevant field</li><li>5 years of post-graduate experience working with sustainability due diligence or human rights, typically from an international organisation</li><li>An analytical mindset, with a methodical, thorough and detail-oriented approach to your work</li><li>To be able to take initiative, work accurately and prioritize tasks in a professional, agile working environment</li><li>Experience with stakeholder engagement and comprehensive communication skills</li><li>Proficiency English both in writing and orally</li></ul><p>To succeed in the job, it is also important that you are enthusiastic about working with corporate responsibility standards within a global organisation, you have a strong analytical skillset, a deep understanding of ESG due diligence and/or human rights, and their roles in securing sustainable development in society. You take initiative and you can turn legal requirements and international standards into practical methodologies, processes and tools for the business to apply and thereby enable positive change.
