Contribute to efficient power supply and the green transition
The energy sector in Europe is undergoing a dramatic transition towards the fully carbon neutral, sustainable energy system. The Nordic countries have set ambitious targets for the transition during this decade. Nordic RCC is an important contributor to the green transition. Our role is to independently perform tasks and analysis to provide TSOs with better data-based information to ensure the efficient operation of the Nordic Power System and high security of power supply at any time.
Connect business to legislation and visualization
We are searching for a student who can support us navigating within legal requirements, connect the business to legislation and help make visually clear analyses. You will get an insight into our different tasks as well as relevant legislation. You will work on a structured approach to connect the two and investigate any potential gaps, risk or questions.
As our student you will support Regulatory Affairs in the Business Development Department. Your tasks will introduce you to many of our colleagues and you will get a broad overview of our responsibilities.
Your tasks and areas of responsibility:
You will work closely together with experts that will introduce you to our general work as well as the tasks we perform. At Nordic RCC we focus on a thorough and well-organized onboarding process, giving you a great start at our company.
The position is for 10-15 hours per week within regular working hours. We will have flexibility to take into account your exams, vacations etc.
Your background
Your study background can be from economics, political science, law, engineering, communication, business administration or else. You may be doing your bachelor’s or master’s degree but need to have at least one year left of your studies. We are open for different profiles as long as you are willing to learn. We are looking for a person with a genuine interest in Nordic RCC’s role of supporting the green transition and who is looking to make a difference.
Nordic RCC is an international office, so fluency in spoken and written English is required as well as a motivation for working in an international environment.
The job requires security clearance which will be facilitated by Nordic RCC.

- Clear visualization of results
- Engage with our experts to connect legal requirements with real life services
- Support planning and execution of stakeholder meetings
- Support regulatory reporting towards Regulators
