Facilities Coordinator - Nordic/Baltic
HUGO BOSS Nordic ApS | Copenhagen | Denmark | Full-time

To coordinate and handle all tasks related to Facility Management, in the Nordic region, HQ and Retail sites. To ensure that all tasks are handled according to the set standards and controllable costs are managed effectively.

What you can expect: • Coordinating all issues related to Facilities Management for Retail and support our Head office based in Copenhagen (office management team)

• Organizing, contacting, negotiate and overlooking all contracting services and suppliers for the HUGO BOSS Nordic head office & Retail sites
• Coordinate schedule for planned maintenance at all sites
• Oversee FM ticket system and coordinate execution of all reactive maintenance tasks
• Ordering of various equipment and consumables for the stores and head office as needed
• Responsible for gathering and reporting energy consumptions according to the companies chosen Energy Management System
• Optimize procedures and facilities in line with the company’s sustainability targets when possible
• Produce, implement, and maintain all procedures related to areas of responsibility
• Support when required the local Shop Construction projects led by the Project Manager and Head of Shop Construction department
• Be the local point of contact to all stake holders that is part of construction projects
• Ad hoc tasks
