We will start by giving you an understanding of how operations work, and then you will be rotating in our different F&B departments. You will get an insight into the financial aspects, rostering/manning, SOPs and more.<br/><br/>TASKS & KEY RESPONSIBILITY:<br/>o Participate in ensuring that F&B operations are running smoothly and efficiently<br/>o Provide high quality service for our guests<br/>o Participate in maximizing guest satisfaction<br/>o Participate in ensuring compliance with hotel and corporate guidelines as well as service concepts<br/>o Seek appropriate opportunities to communicate with guests to personalize the restaurant service<br/>o Perform Service duties in the F&B outlets, i.d. restaurant, bar and banquet<br/>o Participates in ensuring that restaurant premises are in neat and orderly condition at all times<br/>o Facilitating communication within the department<br/>o Ad hoc administrative tasks<br/><br/>ABOUT YOU:<br/>o You are studying the Service Economist program (Serviceøkonom) or similar <br/>o You have a passion for Food & Beverage<br/>o You are organized and good at multi-tasking<br/>o You are a team player<br/>o You have a genuine ‘Yes I Can!’ attitude<br/>o Fluent in English – proficiency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage<br/><br/>WE ARE OFFERING:<br/>o An exciting internship position at our iconic 5-star hotel<br/>o A dynamic and international working environment<br/>o Opportunity to grow and learn both personally and professionally – You will learn what 5-star service is and experience the different challenges you can face every day in hospitality. <br/><br/><br/>Should you have any questions regarding the internship position feel free to contact Restaurant & Bar Manager, Javier Soler Muñoz, on [email protected]<br/><br/><br/>ABOUT Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen<br/>The iconic Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen is the World’s first Design Hotel, The One True Home of Danish Modernism and the Only hotel ever designed by Arne Jacobsen. The hotel was built in 1960 as the first high-rise building in Copenhagen and the largest hotel in Scandinavia at that time.
