You are experienced with the Microsoft platform such as Active Directory and Azure AD, DNS, DHCP. You have worked with Microsoft office365 and security around office365, including SPF,DKIM,DMARC. You will help us maintain a well-functioning installation that is continuously improved with the features MS provide. We consider Office365 as one of the most important applications we all use, and it includes the entire office suite, including sharepoint and CDN.
You will be our main responsible for the entire company, with 30 individual companies using the same tenant.
Security is very high on our agenda, and we are looking for a structured person that will help us stay at the highest level.
It will be a positive if you have a good understanding of Clients (Mac/PC) and intune. You will run projects both with colleagues in operations and different departments in the company. On-boarding new companies we acquire and new features. You have to be self paged.

Your new team
We are a Nordic team with specialists in Copenhagen, Finland and Sweden. We help our development colleagues and business customers across the Nordic and make sure we have a stable and scalable infrastructure. We have daily meetings on MS-Teams and open and positive communication with plenty of humour. We have a very flat organization, and every member of the team is taken seriously.
We have a very close working relationship between Operations and Service Desk, but also with the developers and the end user organisation.
In Aller IT we deeply believe in acting and working as a team to support the business in the best possible way. We believe in an open and honest dialogue; we are committed to learn from our mistakes and to continue developing our services and ourselves.
On a daily basis you will refer to the Head of Operations.
