Program Manager for an international company in Copenhagen
Are you an experienced Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on the outlook for new challenges in an exciting international environment? Then this job is for you!
Group.ONE has in recent years grown by acquisitions and now consists of several European brands within management, sales and administration of domains, web hotels, e-mail and other hosting-related services.
It is the strategic decision of group.ONE to consolidate all brands on a future, common IT- platform serving the group across brands, countries, languages and markets. To accommodate this a strategic Unification Program has been launched to develop the future platform.
As the new Program Manager of the Unification Program, you will be responsible for fulfilling the strategy together with the VP of Group Product Development, which is a rather newly established Development Organization, combining the development organizations of the entire group and which has the responsibility for IT-development across brands and countries.
The Program Manager of Unification will be responsible for executing the Unification Program with all the usual disciplines of Program and Project Management:

The Program Manager of Unification will be responsible for executing the Unification Program with all the usual disciplines of Program and Project Management:
- Serving the Unification Steering Committee with members of the group.ONE Senior Leadership Team
- Responsible for Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Scoping, Executing and Communicating the program based on a Program Organisation with necessary support functions.
- Coordinating and motivating Teams across brands and countries
- Be a member of the Group Product Development leadership team
We would love to hear from you if you
- Have a master’s degree level education in a relevant area, preferably within IT, engineering, or related areas
- Have a track record of successfully managing programs or larger projects in both classical matrix and agile organizations
- Have experience with working with cross-cultural development teams
- And a history of managing stakeholders at executive level and throughout the organization
- Master your program manager toolbox and efficiently master the disciplines of status and progress reporting, producing decision proposals and executing decisions within your program organization
- Speak and write English fluently
