Carlsberg Commercial Graduate Program
The Carlsberg Graduate Program in Carlsberg Denmark is a stepping-stone for young talents with Commercial background and interest, who are looking for an ambitious career with both national and international possibilities.
What will you explore as a graduate in Carlsberg Denmark?
You will be one of our three new graduates in Carlsberg Denmark. In order to ensure a steep learning curve and exposure to new challenges, you will be part of a two-year program consisting of rotations in different positions across functions and business units.
Based in Copenhagen the program takes the graduate through four different roles in the commercial areas. To ensure full value chain focus you will also have a rotation in Supply Chain, located in Fredericia.
- Channel Development rotation. In the channel development rotation, you will be supporting the development and execution of category strategies.
- Instore Strategy & Performance rotation. In the instore strategy & perfomance rotation, you will work projectbased cross Offtrade and Ontrade supporting the instore execution based on analytics.
- Brand Marketing rotation. In the marketing rotation, have own responsibility for brands in the category including meetings with partners, bureau, development and execution on brand strategy.
- Supply Chain rotation. In the Supply Chain rotation, you will be assigned to a project with a link to the commercial business. During this rotation, you will be located in Fredericia.
Various learning within the programme
Besides the rotations you will also attend four Graduate Workshops, where you will eg. gain knowledge within Innovation Management, Strategy Process, Communication with Impact – and how to perform when it really matters! At the workshops you will meet some of your fellow graduates within Carlsberg Group and give you a great possibility to network and get to know people, who you can use for sparring, knowledge sharing and meet for social events.
Your ‘own’ mentor
You will be paired with a mentor form the Danish leadership team, who will help and guide you throughout the program. You are responsible for your own learning, however your mentor will challenge your thinking and provide you with feedback on how you perform in different situations.
Your qualifications
As a person one of your most remarkable characteristics is your continuous strive for results and your passion. You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, with an ability to influence and excite internal and external stakeholders and secure buy in to concepts and program. Even when things get tough, you stay positive, proactive and innovative. You are flexible, service minded and can adjust to the situation and the requirements. All of this you combine with a team spirit and focus on succeeding together with others.

- Excellent analytical skills, structured and fact based work approach and flair for generating innovative solutions
- Strong business acumen and pragmatic approach to problem solving

PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Education - Master’s Degree or equivalent within marketing, international business, sales.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both oral and written.
• International experience, volunteer work or like is strongly preferred.

The recruitment process
After deadline the best applicants will be contacted for an screening interview. If you succeed in the screening interview, you will be invited to the one of the Carlsberg Graduate Days, which will be held on the 13th and 20st March 2020.
