As a Junior Executive you will help deliver our strategy of shifting the business from a traditional tobacco company to a provider of next generation nicotine products. The 12 months Junior Executive Program can lead to a permanent position in one of our Marketing departments depending on your desire and future aspirations. In the last year, 90% of our Junior Executives have been promoted within their first year.
The Position
The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Oral Next Generation Innovation team, where you will be a part of driving the innovation pipeline for the Oral Next Generation category across North West Europe markets.
As a Junior Executive you will help shape the NWEA innovation strategy and utilize insights to implement learnings to drive transformation within the category, covering all aspects from product to promotion. Your knowledge and passion are what matters, because that’s what will shape our future. You’ll be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including on-going feedback and coaching.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyze cross-industry trends and consumer insights as a foundation for building recommendations for future activities
- Work together with external stakeholders and companies to create learnings to deliver on our Innovation agenda
- Drive cross functional collaboration on Innovation activities
- Develop consumer journeys campaigns together with our creative agencies
- Impact our innovation pipeline short and long-term
- Define product territories for exploration
Essential Requirements
If you’re creative, result oriented and curious, the Junior Executive position in Oral NGP Innovative Team is the right place for you to start your career. Your specific line of education is not important, but ideally you have finished your Master’s degree in 2019 or 2020. You have a strong interest in being part of a transformative organization where you can develop personally.
Key skills needed in these roles:
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Structured with strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel and Power Point user
- Able to perform under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
- Experience with brand management
- Experience in working with agencies
- Curious and entrepenurial mindset
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
The position is based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen right next to Vesterport Station.
