We offer you a chance to become part of our Global Business Transformation program, which plays a significant role in achieving our ambitious business goals. You will be part of an international environment in a leading company working with the latest technologies together with a team of very dedicated employees.
Global IT implementation
In your new job, you will be a key player in our efforts to implement a full-scale ERP and CRM solution across all companies in the Demant group. You will be a part of a unique team which we have carefully put together over the past years – ranging from leading technical thinkers to business operations experts. The solution has been implemented in several Demant companies around the world and the journey continues by onboarding the rest of the companies.
Your working day will offer a wide palette of challenging tasks, which will span all phases of a solution life cycle: planning, analysis, solution design, implementation, maintenance and support. You will head up your own track focusing on Dynamics AX and POS and take part in transforming existing business processes and functionalities to a global way of working.
As the Business Transformation program is global, you should expect to have between 40-60 days of annual travel.
Are we looking for you?
As a person, you are easy going and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels. You are ambitious and driven to succeed. Furthermore, interpreting, understanding and solving complicated problems is second nature to you, as is a systematic approach and a good perspective.
Ideally, you have a few years of experience with process analysis, requirement gathering, functional design and training from IT implementation projects. Preferably from a background in consultancy business or from working with IT implementations in other international organizations.
You find energy in complex challenges; have a natural flair and interest for IT as well as process and business understanding. You are a positive and open-minded person, eager to learn and develop your skills.
We expect you to hold a relevant Master Degree, i.e. cand.scient, cand.oecon, cand.polit, IT, cand.merc or similar.
