Finance & Accounting is responsible for Saxo Bank Groups reporting such as IFRS Annual Report, Interim report, regulatory reporting, revenue controlling, the Month end-closing process including the consolidation of the group and controlling of the local entities. A key priority in Finance is to enhance the processes to become scalable that supports the global growth strategy of Saxo Bank.
Located at our headquarters in Hellerup (DK), you will mainly be responsible for daily revenue reporting to the senior management, reconciliation of revenue and transaction-based cost across all investment products as well as revenue generated from other services and participating in development of small and mid-size projects to improve processes.
You will be working closely with a team of experienced financial controllers, responsible for the external and internal reporting in Saxo Bank.
The position will include, but not be limited to the following areas:
- Daily revenue reporting to Senior management
- Daily controlling of revenue components
- Development of our revenue reporting tools
- Month end controlling
- Ad Hoc: Support the controlling team in their daily activities
- Help preparing the IFRS Annual Report and Interim report
Your profile
You are highly structured and detail oriented with sound analytical skills and you take pride in delivering high quality work in everything you set yourself to. You are well underway with you studies within the area of economy and/or finance. You are in the last year of your bachelor or similar, and planning to continue with the master after graduating bachelor. You are both talented and ambitious. Furthermore, you are expected to have:
- A passion in working with finance tasks
- A analytical approach to tasks
- Structured and detail oriented
- Flair and interest working with controlling and financial instruments, bridging finance and financial markets.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus
- A mindset suited for working in an international and fast-paced environment.

Group, Finance & Risk Operations (GFR) within Saxo Bank
The Group Finance & Risk Operations division is responsible for the corporate functions in the value chain within Saxo Bank; Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Treasury.
Some of the key responsibilities for the division include:
- Servicing the different parts of the organisation in reaching their respective business goals
- Controlling cost and generating higher and more stable revenue, leading to an improved EBIT margin
- Managing capital cost and regulation efficiently to generate an improved return on Equity
- Ensuring the Bank is in compliance with regulation and implementing proper risk control at all times as well as minimizing business risk on all aspects
- Providing solid and reliable tracking of customer activities
- Tracking, analysing and reporting on the Saxo Experience though a systematic and lean approach
