About the team
Our Nordic ERP Talent Community is growing, and we are looking for a new team member to join our growth journey. In Denmark and the Nordics, we have Solution Architects, Application Consultants, Technical Architects as well as Business Process Leads. We primarily work with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) with Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Retail processes to name a few. We often collaborate with other Avanade Talent Communities, who are skilled in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Analytics, Azure integration services and Change Management. We have colleagues in or near all major Nordic cities.
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is the core and heart of most business’ digital transformation strategy. Modern ERP systems help businesses simplify complexity which enables them to move forward and thrive in the digital age. You will help your clients solve real business problems and prepare for future challenges, known and unknown.
About you
As a person you have a strong client interface, presentation skills and business acumen. As a member of our ERP team, you will
- with your expertise, assist in the solutioning and full implementation cycle of D365 F&O for new and existing clients
- be part of planning, scoping and delivery of ERP projects to Avanade's enterprise clients
- support clients in defining and implementing integrated solutions and co-operate closely with all relevant partners and teams to develop effective concepts
- train and support end users in testing their new solution
- work together with your team with interesting pre-sales projects.

Your expertise and process knowledge means that you are a trusted advisor, guiding the customer through the implementation and advising them of industry best practice. Assignments vary from business case and value proposition creation to working with interesting client engagements as a senior subject matter expert.
- You are able to demonstrate how standard processes are performed on D365 Finance and Operations
- You have a background from Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O consulting with a proven track record of successfully delivering in complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations
- You have an understanding of the Dynamics 365 ERP value chain
- You are able to analyze the process gaps and identify possible solutions
- You have a working knowledge of at least one software development methodology and knowledge of Microsoft platform skills
- You feel comfortable facilitating and interacting with the client on all organizational levels
- You have industry experience from retail, manufacturing or financial services is seen as an advantage
- You have fluent communication skills in both Danish and English.
