Then this is the perfect opportunity for you.At 3Shape, we are looking for a skilled technical Product Manager with technical flair for Cloud Software who is passionate about building industry leading cloud software for dental professionals around the world. You will be an important part of the Platform Product Management team, where you will be central to the execution of the product development of 3Shapes end-user facing cloud software.You will set the vision, define the roadmap, and refine the product backlog.In your role you will focus on understanding the needs of the dental professionals who want to take full advantage of digital aids. Combined with your technical acumen you will turn this understanding into the right user stories and development tasks for our software engineering teams and ensure delivery through close communication and dialogue with software developers, architects, and project managers.Role: Together with a strong team you will…
  • Understand how dental professionals work with and without the use of digital solutions
  • Explore and analyze customer needs, market dynamics and competition to define the product development priorities and roadmap
  • Own the product backlog by acting as product owner conveying knowledge to engineering teams by authoring use case, scenarios, and requirements
  • Provide guidance on technical design and implementation decisions
  • Collaborate with UX designers to optimize the user experience of the solutions about to be developed
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from 3Shape’s corporate IT function
  • Manage the life cycle of cloud software solutions already in market in close collaboration with Customer Care and R&D
    • Key for success in this role is effective cooperation with stakeholders ranging from end-users, pre-sales, 3Shape engineering teams and corporate IT.Qualifications
  • A background in science, engineering, or technology at MSc. level
  • 2-3 years of software product owner or software project management experience ideally in connection with a cloud software product
  • You are curious and are always looking for ways to improve things. You don’t see problems; you see possible solutions.
  • You cope well with changes and ambiguity and see this as an opportunity in a rapidly changing industry
  • You have flair for computer technology, user interface design and the ability to translate customer and market needs into successful products
  • You are driven and enjoy working independently while being able to build strong relationships with colleagues, users and business partners
  • You are a great team player, who is energized by collaborating cross-functionally with many different stakeholders to manage interests, goals, and priorities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
